Site Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an Indian Site Engineer with six years of experience to join our project team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate daily site activities for steel and tensile membrane structures; manage steel erection, installation, alignment, bolting, welding, and structural connections; supervise membrane installation, fixing, tensioning, and related works; review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements; coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, and project teams; conduct site measurements, inspections, and dimensional checks; monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and project progress; ensure that work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements; prepare daily reports, inspection requests, progress reports, and site documentation; identify and resolve technical and site-related issues; and support snagging, completion, and project handover activities. Indian nationality is mandatory. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in steel structures and tensile membrane structures, strong knowledge of steel erection and membrane installation, the ability to read and understand engineering and shop drawings, and good site coordination and communication skills. Experience on Saudi or GCC projects is preferred, and candidates must be able to join the project according to the required schedule.
