Corrections and exclusions log
SouqFind publishes Saudi Arabia job market figures from live vacancies, and holds back anything it cannot stand behind. This page lists what was held back and why, so any number quoted from SouqFind can be checked rather than trusted blindly.

Automatic checks on today's figures
Each archived day is compared with the typical value of the 30 days before it. Anything that moved more than 40% in advert numbers, or 25% in advertised pay, is listed here with how confident the check is — confidence rises with the length of history and the size of the sample behind it. These checks currently run across the whole site rather than per country.

Standing corrections policy
- A figure identified as wrong is corrected at source, so every page and the next daily snapshot carry the corrected value.
- Already-published monthly editions are never rewritten. A correction affecting an edition is noted here instead, so quoted figures stay reproducible.
- Excluded figures are counted, never hidden: the totals above appear on the market report as well.
Questions
What is the corrections log?
It is a public record of every figure SouqFind removed or withheld from its Saudi Arabia job market data, with the reason. Nothing is deleted quietly: an excluded salary is counted here even though it never appears in a published statistic.
Why would an advertised salary be excluded?
Two reasons. A figure outside 400–60000 SAR a month is treated as a typing error or an annual figure entered in a monthly field. A figure far detached from every other advert in the same sector is held back until it can be confirmed.
Why is a sector missing from the salary guide?
A sector is only published once at least 5 vacancies from at least 2 different employers have advertised pay. Below that, one employer reposting the same role would become "the market", so SouqFind stays silent instead.
How are repeated adverts counted?
Adverts for the same role, from the same employer, in the same place are collapsed into one distinct vacancy. Wording differences such as urgent or required do not create a second vacancy.
How do I report a wrong figure?
Use the report link on the vacancy, or contact SouqFind directly. Confirmed errors are corrected at source, which flows through to every page and to the next daily snapshot.
