SouqFind is an online platform that connects candidates with companies looking to hire in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It provides a searchable job board, candidate profiles and a simple application system. SouqFind is not an employment agency, does not offer legal or visa advice, and does not guarantee that any user will be hired or that any vacancy will be filled.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when you register and keep your details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for every activity that happens under your account. Only one account per person is allowed. You confirm that you are old enough to use this service (at least 18 years old) and legally entitled to seek employment in Bahrain.

You are solely responsible for the information you choose to publish on your profile, in your CV and in any message you send through SouqFind. By publishing personal details such as your photo, contact numbers, ID, passport or other documents, you accept that this information may be seen and used by other users of the platform.

Posting or sharing your personal details is done entirely at your own risk. Always verify who you are dealing with before sharing sensitive documents or sending money to anyone. SouqFind is not liable for any misuse, loss, damage or claim that results from information you voluntarily publish on your own profile.

You agree not to use SouqFind to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
• Request money, deposits, fees or personal bank details from candidates;
• Impersonate another person or company, or claim a company that is not yours;
• Harass, abuse or contact users for anything other than genuine employment purposes;
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

Companies post vacancies and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. The "Verified Company" badge means the account owner has provided supporting documents and they have been reviewed by SouqFind — it is not a guarantee of the company's conduct. A company may choose to hide its name; such vacancies are shown as "Confidential Company" and no company identity is displayed publicly.

Candidates control how much they share. Use the visibility switches in your dashboard to choose which details appear on your public profile, and switch "Visible To Companies" off to hide entirely. When you upload a CV or apply to a job, you agree that the relevant company may view and download it. CVs are only loaded when a company or you open them.

SouqFind may remove any listing, profile, CV or message that breaches these terms, and may suspend or permanently close accounts that are misused. We may also refuse or stop listings that appear fraudulent, and we may report suspected fraud or illegal activity to the authorities.

SouqFind provides the platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SouqFind and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any claim arising between candidates and companies, including but not limited to disputes about hiring decisions, wages, working conditions, visa sponsorship or fraudulent offers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and continued use of SouqFind after a change means you accept the updated terms.
