Furniture Estimator & Quotation Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated full-time Estimator and Quotation Specialist to join our furniture manufacturing factory team in New Industrial City. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze client inquiries, shop drawings and design specifications, and generate competitive quotations for custom furniture and joinery projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to review and interpret technical drawings, dimensions and furniture layouts, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, formulas and cost calculations. The role includes performing material take-offs, calculating raw material requirements such as wood, board, hardware, upholstery and finishes, preparing detailed cost estimation sheets and quotations, coordinating with the production team and suppliers to verify material pricing and fabrication feasibility, and maintaining organized records of sent quotations, bills of quantities and project estimates. Essential knowledge of basic material calculation and estimation for furniture and woodworking is required. Prior experience in a furniture factory, joinery or interior fit-out company is a strong plus, as are good communication skills and strong attention to detail. A transferable Iqama is preferred for candidates inside Saudi Arabia.
