Urgent Recruitment – HSE Team Required in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are seeking to fill multiple positions on an urgent basis for a significant project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for experienced and qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals with suitable construction and project-related experience. The first role available is that of HSE Manager. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment is required. - The required experience must be particularly relevant to construction environments and project-based work. - A strong and proven background in construction-related HSE roles is essential. - A strong and proven background in project-related HSE roles is essential. - Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred. - Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of HSE procedures. - Candidates must be able to support the development and implementation of risk assessments. - Candidates must have experience with site safety inspection processes. - Candidates must understand and apply incident investigation protocols. - Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council region will be considered advantageous. Three vacancies are also available for the role of HSE Officer. - Candidates should demonstrate relevant HSE experience specifically within construction and project settings. - Possession of a NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is preferred. - Candidates must have strong knowledge of daily site safety protocols. - Candidates must be capable of conducting site safety inspections as part of daily site safety activities. - Candidates must be capable of delivering toolbox talks as part of daily site safety activities. - Candidates must be capable of managing permit-to-work (PTW) systems and applying PTW procedures within site operations. - Candidates must be capable of performing job safety analysis (JSA) and applying JSA processes within construction or project environments. - Candidates must be capable of conducting hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) activities and applying HIRA processes within daily site safety management. - Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining. Project Location The project is based in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. Employment Type These are full-time positions offered on a project basis. The project-based employment arrangement will align with the duration and requirements of the project. Urgency of Requirement This is an urgent requirement. Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritised. Required Professional Profile The requirement is for competent and dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment professionals. Selected professionals will be expected to contribute effectively to project safety and to the successful delivery of the project.
Requirements
- HSE Manager:
- Minimum 10 years of Health, Safety, and Environment experience.
