Instrument Engineer
Job Description
Responsible for preventive maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, loop checks, functional tests, and shutdown activities in refineries, petrochemical, oil & gas, and power plants. Skilled in process control, instrumentation, and automation systems including DCS and HMI. Manages installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of various field instruments and control valves. Provides technical support and guidance for instrumentation integration with electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in preventive maintenance and commissioning
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or related field
- Knowledge of DCS, HMI, and automation systems
- Experience with installation, testing, and calibration of field instruments
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLC, and control systems certificates preferred
