Job Description
An urgent vacancy is available for a Civil Engineer. Applicants must be Indian or Pakistani nationals and hold a valid, transferable iqama. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of five years of professional experience in civil engineering works are required, including at least five years of experience in facility maintenance projects. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair works, structural inspections and preventive maintenance programmes, along with the ability to supervise maintenance activities, contractors and the workforce efficiently. Familiarity with health, safety and quality standards, as well as proficiency in preparing technical reports, work schedules and maintenance documentation, is required.
