Storekeeper

A Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, organizing and maintaining stock, receiving and dispatching goods, keeping accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop or warehouse. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment in the workshop; receiving incoming materials, checking them against packing slips, and dispatching them to the appropriate users; maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workshop by storing materials in designated areas; recording all incoming and outgoing material transactions; monitoring stock levels, ensuring sufficient supplies are available, and replenishing them as needed; ensuring that materials and tools are stored and handled safely in accordance with safety regulations; and assisting workshop staff with inquiries by providing information about materials and ensuring their needs are met. The qualifications required include knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience in catering services, experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or WNS, an understanding of item codes, categories, and storage requirements, knowledge of warehouse safety, personal protective equipment, and proper storage methods, basic English, a transferable Iqama, and an updated CV and experience certificates.
