Job Description
Golden Noura Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to work full time at a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with availability to join as soon as possible or at short notice. The successful candidate will carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting; inspect and maintain electrical systems, equipment, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boards; diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently; perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules; respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests and emergencies; ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures; keep tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition; coordinate with other maintenance technicians and the Facility Management team; and maintain accurate records of completed maintenance activities. Candidates must have proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in residential compounds, hotels, facilities, or commercial buildings, good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance, the ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently, knowledge of electrical safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements, the ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team, and good communication and problem-solving skills. A transferable Iqama is preferred.

- Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Transferable Iqama is preferred.
