Job Description
Operate and monitor Recirculating Aquaculture System equipment for tilapia farming. Manage water-quality parameters and fish health. Perform routine maintenance and respond to operational issues. Maintain accurate logs and follow biosecurity and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aquaculture, preferably RAS or intensive tilapia farming.
- Basic understanding of water quality and fish health.
- Ability to operate pumps, valves, filters, blowers, oxygen systems, and control panels.
- Organized and able to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Experience with tilapia grow-out, hatchery, nursery, or broodstock operations preferred.
- Experience with water-quality testing kits or digital meters preferred.
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Prior work experience in GCC countries is a plus.
