Executive Chef

A burger-focused restaurant brand is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead and manage two branches. Responsibilities include creating outstanding burger recipes, handling the grill professionally, developing and executing fries concepts, designing creative and high-quality sharing dishes, and managing kitchen operations while ensuring consistency and quality across both branches. Requirements include proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, strong leadership and team management skills, experience creating burger recipes, professional grill-handling skills, experience developing and executing fries concepts, the ability to design creative, high-quality sharing dishes, kitchen operations management experience across multiple branches, the ability to maintain quality, speed, consistency, and food standards, and a passion for burgers and casual dining concepts. Creativity and strong organisational ability are also required. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and ready to help take a growing burger brand to the next level.
