Medinova Medical Complex in Riyadh is seeking a talented, creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join its growing healthcare organisation. The role requires strong experience in creating and editing professional promotional videos, producing engaging reels, short videos and social media content, editing videos for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook, developing creative video concepts for medical services and healthcare campaigns, and transforming ideas into visually attractive and engaging content. The successful candidate must understand the Saudi Arabian market, audience preferences, behaviour and digital trends, and be able to plan and execute effective social media campaigns targeting Saudi audiences, increase brand awareness and customer engagement, and identify and target the appropriate audience for healthcare and medical services. Responsibilities include planning and managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat; managing campaign targeting, optimisation, performance monitoring, lead generation, customer acquisition and advertising budgets; analysing campaign performance and improving results; developing monthly social media and content strategies; creating attractive and professional marketing content, engaging advertising captions and promotional content; managing and growing social media accounts; developing creative campaigns, offers and healthcare awareness content; and monitoring engagement to improve overall social media performance. Candidates should have proven experience in social media marketing, strong video editing and content creation skills, proven expertise in Saudi social media campaigns, experience in paid advertising and digital campaign management, creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset, strong analytical and campaign optimisation skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing results. The position is based at Medinova Medical Complex in Al Aziziyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, near Al Aziziyah Vegetable Market, Gate No. 1. Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing
- Strong video editing and content creation skills
- Expertise in Saudi social media campaigns and understanding of the Saudi market and audience behaviour
- Experience in paid advertising and digital campaign management, including Meta Ads, TikTok and Snapchat advertising
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns, manage targeting and budgets, monitor performance, generate leads and improve results
- Ability to develop monthly social media and content strategies and create promotional and healthcare awareness content
