Accountant
Job Description
The Accountant’s key responsibilities include checking and verifying employee timesheets, preparing and processing payroll, recording and reconciling payments, managing purchase invoices and expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with accounting activities. The role also involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable and performing bank reconciliations and reconciliations of supplier and client accounts. The requirements include a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, previous accounting experience, knowledge of payroll, purchasing, and payment processes, good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
