Job Description
Manage daily operations of a premium female-only salon. Lead and motivate staff while ensuring high standards of customer service and hygiene. Handle bookings, complaints, sales targets, and inventory. Coordinate promotions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years managing a premium salon or beauty spa
- Proven experience in end-to-end salon operations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic
- Sales-focused with upselling and cross-selling skills
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends
- Staff training and performance management experience
- Inventory, cash-handling, and basic reporting skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Professional, organized, and presentable
