Job Description
Coordinate daily car rental operations and vehicle availability. Manage vehicle bookings, deliveries, collections, and returns. Liaise with customers, drivers, maintenance, and branches. Monitor vehicle status, contracts, and rental schedules. Prepare daily operational reports and ensure company procedures and customer service standards are followed.
