Job Description
An Heavy Vehicle Transport Operations Supervisor is urgently required for a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have experience supervising heavy transport vehicles, including flatbed trucks, lowbed trucks, curtain-side trucks, Dyna trucks, lorries, and other heavy commercial transport vehicles. Responsibilities include supervising and managing daily heavy-vehicle transport operations, coordinating and assigning vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements, planning and monitoring daily trips, routes, and vehicle movements, coordinating with drivers to ensure the timely completion of assigned trips, monitoring driver attendance, performance, and discipline, ensuring that vehicles are operational and properly maintained, coordinating maintenance and following up on repair requirements, handling breakdowns, delays, and other operational issues efficiently, maintaining trip sheets, vehicle records, and daily operational reports, monitoring fuel consumption, mileage, and trip-related expenses, coordinating with clients and internal teams regarding transportation requirements, managing vehicle loading and unloading coordination, ensuring the safe transportation of cargo, complying with company safety procedures and Saudi transportation regulations, preparing regular operational reports for management, and leading and supporting drivers and the transport team to achieve operational targets. A valid Saudi Iqama and a valid Saudi driving licence are mandatory. The candidate must be able to speak and understand Arabic effectively and must have previous experience in heavy transport operations, fleet management, or transport supervision, along with strong knowledge of flatbed, lowbed, curtain-side, Dyna, and lorry operations. Good communication and team-management skills, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, and a responsible, punctual, and professional approach are required. Immediate joining is preferred. Arabic language ability and heavy vehicle transport experience are mandatory, and candidates who do not speak and understand Arabic or do not have experience with heavy transport vehicles should not apply.

- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle transport operations and fleet management.
- Arabic language ability, including effective speaking and understanding.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional approach.
