Job Description
Dear applicant, an urgent requirement exists for a Warehouse Supervisor and Material Controller for an electrical warehouse at the Abqaiq site. A transferable Iqama is required, and applicants must be Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, or Nepali; Indian applicants cannot be transferred to the company. Candidates must hold a diploma or equivalent, while a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, and prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. The technical skills required for this role include proficiency in inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures; experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; and proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials; ensuring that all shipments are received, inspected, and recorded accurately; coordinating with procurement, project managers, and quality teams to address material discrepancies; overseeing the system processing of received materials and their proper labeling; ensuring that materials are stored in designated locations for optimal inventory management; maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing stock audits; ensuring that all materials are issued according to project and operational needs; monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement to replenish inventory when necessary; ensuring that all project shipments are stored correctly and released upon request; and enforcing compliance with company policies and warehouse safety regulations.
