Senior Sales & Operations Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Operations Engineer. Applicants must be Pakistani, Filipino or Indian nationals and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with relevant experience in technical sales or engineering sales. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, maintaining a customer base, generating leads and new sales opportunities, understanding customers’ technical requirements and recommending suitable solutions, preparing technical and commercial quotations and proposals, conducting customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating with the engineering, procurement and operations teams, following up on quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, achieving assigned sales targets, supporting business development activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Knowledge of pumps and dewatering applications is an advantage. Candidates should have good technical knowledge and communication skills, strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, the ability to prepare technical proposals and quotations, and fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. A Saudi driving licence and the ability to speak and understand Arabic are additional advantages.
