Job Description
The Transport Supervisor will manage daily dispatch and truck assignments, supervise fleet and driver performance, oversee preventive maintenance, and control operational costs. The role also includes handling breakdowns, accidents, customer site issues, monitoring fuel consumption, maintaining vehicle documentation, and reporting weekly on operations and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or mechanical engineering
- 3–5 years experience in land freight transport in Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of Saudi transport regulations and documentation
- Experience in truck and trailer maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Excel and transport management systems
- Arabic fluency; English is an advantage
- Valid driving license
