Erection Scaffolder, Scaffolding Supervisor, Scaffolding Inspector

ONUR GROUP is urgently seeking qualified and experienced scaffolding professionals for full-time construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The available positions are Erection Scaffolder, Scaffolding Supervisor, and Scaffolding Inspector. A valid TÜV Scaffolding Certificate and a valid TÜV Certificate ID are mandatory for all applicants, and candidates without a valid certificate ID will not be considered. Erection Scaffolders must have proven practical experience in safely erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures; installing scaffolding in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, and project requirements; ensuring that structures are properly secured, level, braced, and stable; carrying out erection activities under the direction of the Scaffolding Supervisor; inspecting components before installation and reporting damaged or defective materials; following working-at-height, HSE, and site safety requirements; correctly using PPE and fall-protection equipment; and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition. They must also have knowledge of scaffolding components and safe erection practices, the ability to follow technical, safety, and project instructions, and construction or infrastructure project experience is preferred. Scaffolding Supervisors must be experienced in leading and coordinating site scaffolding activities, allocating manpower according to project requirements, planning and monitoring daily erection, modification, and dismantling works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, procedures, and standards, coordinating with Construction, Engineering, HSE, and other site departments, monitoring installation quality and safety, implementing inspection and tagging procedures, identifying unsafe conditions and ensuring immediate corrective action, monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress, preparing and submitting daily scaffolding progress reports, and ensuring full compliance with project HSE requirements. They must have proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor and in supervising scaffolding crews, strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and erection methods, knowledge of working-at-height and scaffolding safety requirements, the ability to understand scaffolding drawings and technical instructions, and strong leadership and communication skills; large-scale construction or infrastructure experience is preferred. Scaffolding Inspectors must be qualified and experienced in verifying that scaffolding structures are safely erected, properly maintained, and compliant with approved standards and project requirements. Their responsibilities include inspecting scaffolding before release for use and after erection, modification, relocation, or significant changes; verifying stability, access, platforms, guardrails, bracing, ties, base supports, and other critical components; identifying unsafe conditions, defects, and non-compliant installations; ensuring appropriate tagging and status identification; maintaining accurate inspection records and documentation; coordinating with Scaffolding Supervisors, Construction, and HSE teams; preventing the use of scaffolding that does not meet safety requirements; conducting follow-up inspections after corrective actions; and ensuring compliance with applicable project scaffolding and HSE requirements. They must have proven experience as a Scaffolding Inspector, strong knowledge of scaffolding inspection requirements, systems, and components, the ability to identify structural and installation deficiencies and read and interpret scaffolding drawings, a strong understanding of working-at-height safety requirements, and good inspection, documentation, and reporting skills; experience on major construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
