Site Architectural Engineer
Job Description
A construction company is hiring a Site Architectural Engineer for a project in Riyadh, with 8–10 years of experience in the execution and management of finishing works. Key responsibilities include supervising architectural finishing works on-site, reviewing shop drawings and ensuring compliance with approved specifications, monitoring subcontractors and site teams to ensure high-quality execution, preparing quantity take-offs and material requests and following up on deliveries, coordinating architectural works with mechanical and electrical works, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to the project schedule, inspecting subcontractors’ work and coordinating handover to the consultant, and resolving technical issues and addressing site observations. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering and have 8–10 years of experience in site execution and finishing works within construction companies, with strong experience in interior and exterior finishing works, the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and details, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, strong team-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and safety requirements.
