Job Description
Manage daily operations of an inland aquaculture farm using RAS technology, focusing on Tilapia production. Monitor water quality parameters and optimize feed conversion ratio. Lead and train staff while ensuring biosecurity and safety compliance. Prepare performance reports and KPIs.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Aquaculture, Marine, Fisheries or related field.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience, RAS preferred.
- Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.
- Strong team leadership and operational discipline.
- Willingness to relocate to Hail.
