Planning Engineer (Technical & Commercial Proposal Specialist) – Candidates Located Within Saudi Arabia Position Title: Planning Engineer Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Employment Status: Full-Time Job Overview: We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to become an integral member of our team based in Dammam. The appointed individual will take full responsibility for all aspects of project planning and scheduling, ensuring effective progress monitoring and comprehensive reporting. This role requires close coordination with various stakeholders to guarantee that all projects are executed within the established timelines and budget constraints. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and regularly update detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software. - Establish baseline schedules, construct detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), and formulate resource allocation plans. - Monitor ongoing project progress vigilantly, promptly identifying any deviations from the established schedule. - Produce timely progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform project status. - Facilitate coordination efforts among project managers, clients, subcontractors, and onsite teams to maintain project alignment. - Conduct thorough critical path analyses and propose necessary corrective actions to address scheduling issues. - Keep track of all key project milestones, deliverables, and the efficient utilization of manpower resources. - Provide essential support during project tendering phases by preparing accurate schedules and relevant planning documentation. - Ensure strict adherence to project specifications as well as company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications and Experience: - Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution. - Bring a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience working as a Planning Engineer. - Possess strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications. - Demonstrated experience working within Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, Construction, or Infrastructure projects is highly desirable. - Exhibit excellent analytical capabilities, along with strong communication and reporting skills. - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects concurrently. - Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, Construction, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
