Manpower Business Development Executive
Job Description
Responsible for bringing new manpower requirements and contracts from clients. Develop and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, and Industrial companies. Generate manpower requirements for various projects including Greenfield, Shutdown, and Turnaround. Coordinate with recruitment teams to support sourcing and mobilization of skilled manpower.
Requirements
- Existing contacts with Saudi Aramco, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC clients
- Strong connections with contractors and industrial companies in Jubail
- Access to upcoming Shutdown & Turnaround projects
- Experience in manpower supply and recruitment
- Proven track record of bringing manpower business
