HVAC Supervisor

DAAD Global is an HVAC and MEP contractor based in Khamis Mushayt, delivering installation and maintenance work on SEC and other infrastructure projects across the Aseer region, with the ambition of becoming one of Saudi Arabia’s top 10 HVAC companies within 10 years. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to independently manage site execution on active SEC HVAC projects, taking full ownership of assigned sites from mobilization through handover. The role involves supervising on-site HVAC installation and maintenance, arranging materials and work activities, attending and leading operational meetings for the active project, managing quality, schedules and safety throughout the project, coordinating directly with labour teams on execution and daily progress, reporting project status honestly and promptly, escalating issues on the same day, and undertaking additional tasks assigned by management within your capabilities while developing into them. Applicants must have a proven track record of independently running HVAC projects, ideally with SEC vetting or experience on SEC projects, strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation and site execution, and a reliable and honest approach with the ability to take full ownership without constant supervision. Working proficiency in Arabic and/or English is required. The standard duty is nine hours per day, with overtime paid for time spent on site supervising labour working beyond the standard hours. All site expenses are covered by the company through advance payment or reimbursement, with no out-of-pocket costs, and out-of-city travel, accommodation and meals are fully covered. The role includes a 30-day annual leave entitlement, of which 21 days are paid, together with a return flight ticket home, as well as a genuine growth path in which skills and responsibility are recognised through advancement rather than title alone.
