Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a Work Permit Receiver to join a project site that is approved by Aramco. The successful candidate must be officially Aramco Approved and possess a valid Aramco Work Permit Receiver Card. This certification is essential to guarantee full compliance with Aramco’s strict safety and permitting procedures before initiating any field activities. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, thoroughly review, and accurately process various types of work permits, including but not limited to Safe Work Permits, Excavation, Confined Space, and Hot Work permits, all in accordance with Aramco standards. - Maintain effective coordination with Aramco Permit Issuers as well as site supervisors prior to the execution of any job on-site. - Ensure that all safety precautions and isolation requirements specified within the permits are properly implemented and enforced on the work site. - Conduct comprehensive toolbox talks and verify that all crew members are fully compliant with personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety regulations. - Maintain and manage precise and up-to-date permit documentation as well as records related to permit closure. - Collaborate closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to guarantee strict adherence to Aramco’s General Safety Instructions at all times. Requirements: - Must hold Aramco Approval and possess a valid Aramco Work Permit Receiver Card, which is mandatory for this position. - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, specifically within Aramco or projects executed by Aramco-approved contractors. - Possess a strong and thorough understanding of Aramco Safety Manuals and the Permit to Work (PTW) system. - Demonstrate a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. - Hold a valid and transferable Iqama.
Requirements
- Must be Aramco Approved with a valid Aramco Work Permit Receiver Card.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Aramco or Saudi Aramco-approved contractor projects.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco Safety Manuals and Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Valid and transferable Iqama.
