QA/QC Manager

Rapco Groups Construction is seeking an experienced and qualified QA/QC Manager to join its team for a Saudi Aramco project in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage and supervise all QA/QC activities throughout the project, ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, project specifications, and applicable quality standards, and develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures. The role includes monitoring site inspections, testing, and quality control activities; coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and the client on quality matters; reviewing and approving inspection requests, material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation; identifying non-conformities and ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions; conducting regular site inspections and quality audits; preparing and maintaining quality reports, records, and documentation; and ensuring that all project activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Candidates must have proven experience as a QA/QC Manager, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects, strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards, a good understanding of Saudi Aramco quality requirements and project specifications, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage QA/QC teams and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders. Candidates with relevant Saudi Aramco project experience will be highly preferred.
