Job Description
The core responsibilities of this role include installing, maintaining and repairing electrical controls, wiring and lighting systems; repairing and replacing electrical equipment and fixtures, including appliances and lighting fixtures; inspecting and diagnosing transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment; estimating the cost of preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work; troubleshooting electrical problems and faults using electrical testing equipment; pulling and terminating various types of cables; tracing telephone lines from the IP telephony switchboard to the different telephone units within the compound; handling equipment, tools and spare parts carefully and responsibly; complying with the highest safety standards during maintenance and repair activities and reporting any workplace incidents or accidents when they occur; overseeing work carried out on the compound by third-party contractors; taking electrical meter readings and preparing electricity consumption reports; maintaining daily maintenance activity logs; and performing any other reasonable tasks required by the company. Basic English proficiency is required. Applicants must be Indian or Filipino nationals and hold a valid, transferable iqama.

- Ability to oversee third-party contractor work and follow workplace safety standards.
