Job Description
Lead BIM coordination across MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines. Manage clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution. Prepare and maintain Task Information Delivery Plan and BIM Execution Plan. Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and support BIM automation workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Experience in generating and managing shop drawings, as-built models, and COBie files.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM in MEP projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
