Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for heavy equipment rental services in Saudi Arabia. The job description covers developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and attracting new clients in the contracting, construction, and energy sectors. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with contracting companies and major projects across Saudi Arabia, monitor market trends, competitors, and rental prices to identify new business opportunities, promote the company’s available equipment, and improve equipment utilization and operating rates. The candidate will coordinate with the Movement and Operations Departments to identify available and underutilized equipment, prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, follow up on contracts until completion, achieve revenue and equipment utilization targets, and prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and business opportunities. Requirements for the role include 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in heavy equipment rental, proven experience in the Saudi market, particularly in the contracting and construction sectors, a strong network and relationships with construction companies and potential clients, good knowledge of heavy equipment types, applications, and prevailing rental rates in the Saudi market, and strong negotiation, business development, sales, and customer relationship management skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia. Experience with major contractors and large-scale projects is an advantage.
