E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
High Fi Fashion Company is seeking female applicants for a full-time E-commerce Sales Support Specialist position, with work from home available to applicants located in Jeddah only. The role involves creating product content, product shots and photography; listing products on social media, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms; responding to customer messages and inquiries on social media; assisting customers with product details, including price, availability, warranty and delivery; following up on lead generation and guiding customers towards purchase; and supporting sales by handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants should have friendly communication skills, the ability to respond quickly, strong communication and sales lead-generation skills, a strong customer service attitude, organized follow-up and problem-solving skills, basic sales and customer-handling knowledge, and a willingness to perform daily lead activities. Applicants should be proficient in their mother language and have basic English and Arabic language skills. All nationalities are welcome, with preference given to Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Nepali, Filipino and Indonesian applicants.
Requirements
