Job Description
We are hiring proactive and target-oriented Marketing and Sales Staff in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a remote or hybrid work arrangement, to help acquire new clients and develop business opportunities. The qualifications for this role include being a college graduate or holding a bachelor’s degree, having previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client acquisition, and possessing excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be confident and persuasive when approaching and communicating with companies and potential clients, have a strong ability to present services and develop business relationships, and be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential companies and clients, promoting and presenting the company’s services professionally, generating new leads and business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting client meetings and field visits when required, following up with prospective clients, converting leads into clients, and achieving assigned sales and client acquisition targets. Candidates must also be willing to conduct field marketing and face-to-face client visits when required. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, confidence in dealing with companies, and the ability to build professional relationships that result in new clients and business opportunities.
