Job Description
The company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Supervisor for the facilities maintenance sector to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include preparing marketing and sales plans, supervising the marketing and sales team and monitoring the achievement of targets, developing business and attracting new clients in both B2B and B2C sectors, managing sales opportunities and commercial proposals and converting them into contracts and work orders, marketing facilities maintenance services, building and managing client relationships and maintaining them, negotiating with clients and closing deals, coordinating with technical and operational teams to ensure that services meet client needs, and preparing reports and analysing sales and opportunity performance. Applicants must hold a university qualification in business administration, marketing, sales or a related specialisation, have 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in maintenance, contracting or technical services, and have experience in B2B and B2C sales, client management and commercial proposals. Strong negotiation, persuasion and deal-closing skills are required, along with the ability to understand technical services and translate client needs into a suitable proposal, proficiency in computer use and customer relationship management systems, and preferably proficiency in English.

- القدرة على فهم الخدمات الفنية وتحويل احتياج العميل إلى عرض مناسب.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب وأنظمة إدارة العملاء CRM.
- يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
