Production Supervisor
Job Description
A modern construction contracting company is seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join its team. The responsibilities include supervising and monitoring daily production operations, allocating tasks to production staff and monitoring their performance, ensuring that production targets and schedules are achieved, monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with the required specifications, supervising the operation of production machinery and equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance Department to resolve equipment issues, ensuring compliance with health, safety and workplace procedures, monitoring raw material consumption and minimising production waste, preparing daily and periodic production reports, and identifying and resolving operational issues while reporting them to management. The requirements are previous experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a wood manufacturing or furniture factory, and good knowledge of wood manufacturing and production processes.
