CURRENT OPENING: PROJECT COORDINATOR Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Manpower Supply / Facilities Management JOB PURPOSE: The Project Coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and manage manpower assigned to various client sites. The primary focus of the role is to ensure that employees are deployed appropriately in accordance with operational needs, project requirements, and client expectations. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable attendance records for employees working across assigned locations. The Project Coordinator will enforce workforce discipline and support consistent compliance with workplace rules and site expectations. The role contributes to improved productivity by monitoring workforce activity, addressing operational issues, and supporting effective manpower utilization. The Project Coordinator must ensure compliance with company policies and the specific requirements of each client. This is a critical operational role that serves as a key liaison between management and on-site employees. The role also supports communication and coordination with transportation teams, accommodation teams, and client representatives. The Project Coordinator will facilitate day-to-day operational communication among all relevant parties to ensure smooth manpower operations at client sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and oversee employees working across multiple project sites to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that workflows remain organized and effective. Closely monitor employee attendance patterns at all assigned locations, including punctuality, absenteeism, attendance regularity, and overall workforce discipline. Manage employee movements by coordinating manpower replacements, employee transfers, and the deployment of newly assigned staff in line with specific project needs. Maintain workforce strength and manpower levels in accordance with the operational demands, staffing plans, and requirements of each individual project. Establish, develop, and maintain effective communication with client representatives to support clear coordination and consistent operational follow-up. Conduct regular visits to assigned project sites to monitor manpower performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Track and assess employee performance at each project site to ensure that personnel meet the required standards and fulfil their assigned responsibilities. Ensure that all employees comply with site regulations, workplace rules, and applicable safety protocols at every project location. Carefully validate timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy before submission or processing. Promptly identify, address, and rectify discrepancies relating to attendance records, timesheets, or reported working hours. Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation relating to manpower operations and employee deployment. Maintain comprehensive employee deployment lists and records for all assigned project sites to support proper tracking and reporting. Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources Department to support employee-related coordination and manpower administration. Collaborate effectively with the Recruitment Department to support staffing requirements, replacements, and the deployment of new personnel. Collaborate effectively with the Transportation Department to support employee movement between accommodation, project sites, and other required locations. Collaborate effectively with the Accommodation Department to support employee housing coordination and related operational requirements. Collaborate effectively with the Finance Department to support accurate records, documentation, and coordination relating to manpower operations. Collaborate effectively with the Operations Department to ensure aligned planning, coordinated execution, and smooth delivery of manpower services. Travel between multiple project locations whenever required to fulfil supervisory, coordination, monitoring, and operational follow-up duties. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline. Two to five years of relevant professional experience in manpower supply, facilities management, contracting, site operations, or a similar operational field. Previous experience supervising teams across multiple sites is highly desirable and will be considered an important advantage. Strong communication skills to support effective coordination with employees, management, clients, and internal departments. Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams, interact professionally with stakeholders, and support productive working relationships. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Well-developed skills in using Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and reporting. Particular competence in Microsoft Excel and reporting functions, especially for attendance tracking, manpower records, and operational follow-up. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing competing priorities, operational demands, and site-related issues. Ability to travel between multiple project sites as required for supervision, coordination, and follow-up. Saudi Arabian nationality is mandatory. The candidate must reside in Saudi Arabia. A valid Saudi Iqama is required for employment eligibility. Qualified candidates must meet all the above criteria.
