IT Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Applicants of any nationality may apply and must be between 25 and 40 years old, with at least five years of relevant IT experience and a diploma, vocational or technical certificate, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates should have strong experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting, good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking, and experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network infrastructure, file servers, NAS, backup solutions, and remote support is required, while experience with PowerShell, network troubleshooting, or IT security is an advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to provide timely technical support to users are also required. The responsibilities include providing technical support to users and resolving IT-related issues, maintaining computers, servers, network equipment, and IT infrastructure, managing user accounts, permissions, and access, assisting with network and server administration, performing hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting network and system issues, and supporting data backup, file servers, and storage systems. Applicants must have a valid and transferable Iqama and must not have Huroob status.
