Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction; managing and scheduling staff duties and shifts; ensuring that services meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards; conducting regular inspections and performance checks; handling client queries and resolving issues promptly; training, motivating, and monitoring team members; and preparing reports and maintaining service records. Applicants must have proven experience in soft services supervision or a similar role, strong leadership and team management skills, good communication and organisational abilities, knowledge of health and safety standards, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
