Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in multiple sectors including construction and manpower supply. Generate leads through various methods and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts. Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in business development in manpower supply, construction, maintenance, or trading
- Strong client acquisition and corporate sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid or expired KSA driving license preferred
