Interior Designer

Based in Jeddah, we are seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with expertise in 3D visualisation, rendering, and technical drafting. The job summary is to develop innovative interior concepts, produce high-quality 3D renderings, prepare detailed shop drawings, and coordinate with the project team for successful project execution. The responsibilities include developing interior design concepts based on client requirements; preparing mood boards, material boards, and design presentations; selecting finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories; coordinating with clients and internal teams to finalise designs; conducting site visits for measurements and design coordination; creating high-quality 3D models for interior fit-out projects; producing realistic photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs; preparing presentation visuals for client approvals; revising designs according to client feedback and project requirements; preparing detailed layout and furniture drawings; developing complete shop drawings for interior fit-out works; preparing ceiling, flooring, partition, reflected ceiling plan, and elevation drawings; preparing detailed joinery drawings for custom furniture and woodwork; coordinating drawings with MEP and structural requirements; ensuring that all drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions; revising drawings in line with consultant comments and site requirements; coordinating with the Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams during execution; supporting the site team with drawing clarifications and revisions; preparing as-built drawings upon project completion; and maintaining organised drawing revisions and project documentation. Under 3D Visualization, the role requires creating high-quality 3D models for interior fit-out projects, producing realistic photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs, preparing presentation visuals for client approvals, and revising designs according to client feedback and project requirements. The qualification for the role is a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in interior fit-out design. Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred, as is experience with commercial, residential, office, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, a transferable Iqama is preferred, and immediate joiners will be given preference. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, Lumion or D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Enscape and Twinmotion is preferred. Technical skills should include interior space planning, 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering, interior material selection, shop drawing preparation, joinery detailing, furniture detailing, layout planning, working drawings, as-built drawings, BOQ understanding, site coordination, and knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods. The role also requires creative thinking with strong attention to detail, excellent visualisation and presentation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, problem-solving and coordination skills, and a proactive team-player attitude.
