VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: CIVIL ENGINEER – INFRASTRUCTURE Work Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia We are actively looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and play an important role in supporting the successful delivery and execution of infrastructure construction projects located in Khobar. The selected candidate will be expected to contribute professional civil engineering expertise to infrastructure works, support site-based project activities, and help ensure that construction operations are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in line with required project standards. Position Requirements: • Demonstrated and proven experience in infrastructure and construction projects, with clear evidence of the ability to perform effectively and deliver successful results within this field. • Comprehensive and strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, including practical knowledge of site execution processes and how construction activities are implemented on-site. • Ability to effectively supervise and manage contractors, subcontractors, and different site teams, while helping to maintain smooth coordination and uninterrupted project workflows. • Proficient experience in working with construction drawings, including the ability to review and interpret drawings accurately for site execution purposes. • Proficient experience in carrying out quantity measurements, with the capability to measure, verify, and support quantity-related activities as part of construction project requirements. • Proficient experience in conducting thorough on-site inspections, ensuring that site activities are reviewed carefully and assessed against applicable construction requirements. • In-depth knowledge of quality control standards relevant to civil construction works, with the ability to support compliance during project execution. • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction sites, with awareness of their importance in maintaining safe and compliant work environments. • In-depth knowledge of project specifications that are critical to the construction industry and essential for ensuring that works are completed according to required standards. • Possession of a relevant Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution is mandatory for this position. • Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

- Civil Engineering Degree
- Proven experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Experience with construction drawings, quantity measurements, and inspections.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Relevant Civil Engineering degree required.
- Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
