Job Description
Manage contract administration and senior quantity surveying for major projects. Handle contractual and commercial responsibilities independently. Oversee claims, variations, payments, and cost control. Apply strong negotiation and contractual correspondence skills.

- 15+ years relevant experience
- Strong contract administration experience
- Strong senior quantity surveying/commercial experience
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC & construction contracts
- Experience in claims, EOT, variations, payments, final accounts, cost control
- MRICS / RICS / FIDIC qualification highly preferred
- Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications advantageous
- Experience in MEP, Civil, Architectural, or Infrastructure sectors
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Transferable Iqama
- Indian candidates invited to apply
