Job Description
Lead quantity surveying and commercial functions for building construction projects. Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets. Manage contract administration, claims, and variation orders. Coordinate with project stakeholders and mentor junior surveyors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 15-20 years experience in quantity surveying for large-scale building projects.
- Strong background in commercial management, contract administration, and cost control.
- Experience with hotels, high-rise, mixed-use, or complex building developments.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation management, and claims.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience on international construction projects preferred.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS or RICS are an advantage.
