Job Description
We are a catering company located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The company is hiring a Catering Operations Supervisor to work in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia (Khobar) on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily catering and mess hall operations. - Supervise kitchen staff in the central kitchen. - Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HSE guidelines. - Manage food inventory and stock ordering. - Maintain daily food-service quality control. Requirements: - Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Catering Operations Supervisor in a catering company or a related field. - Experience in catering operations is highly preferred. - Strong skills in food safety, inventory management, and hygiene standards. - Ability to supervise kitchen staff and manage daily catering and mess hall operations. - Knowledge of HSE guidelines and daily food-service quality control. Other Requirements: - Applicants must currently be based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. - A transferable iqama is required. - Immediate joiners are required. Benefits: Food is provided.
