Barista

Job description: We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages, operating coffee machines and barista equipment safely and efficiently, providing friendly and professional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the coffee station, ensuring that ingredients are stored and handled correctly, monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the supervisor, processing customer orders and point-of-sale transactions when required, following the company’s food safety, hygiene, and operational standards, and supporting the team in achieving daily sales and service targets. Requirements include previous experience as a Barista, which is preferred, while good knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations is required. Basic latte art skills are an advantage, and good communication and customer service skills are required. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate a positive attitude, and be able to work under pressure and as part of a team. Candidates must also be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
