Maintenance Manager
Job Description
AF Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a strong engineering background and at least seven years of experience to lead and manage the maintenance operations of outdoor landscaping, gardens, and ongoing projects. Applicants must currently be working in Saudi Arabia and be willing to relocate to Riyadh. The role involves managing maintenance operations across multiple sites, supervising work teams and subcontractors, developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans for plants, irrigation systems, lighting, and hardscape elements, ensuring quality of execution, monitoring irrigation systems, troubleshooting issues, improving water consumption efficiency, controlling operational costs and ensuring compliance with approved budgets, preparing periodic reports on site performance and operational status, coordinating with clients, responding to technical feedback and service requests, and ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards across all sites. AF Group is a contracting company with expertise in landscaping works and operations across multiple disciplines, including interior design, exterior design, and architectural design, as well as full project execution rather than design only.
