Job Description
Prepare a wide variety of sweets of all kinds. Create bride’s cakes along with their detailed decorations. Produce West Gateau cakes, including preparing their fillings and creams. Make special sweets intended for parties to be served before dinner. Supervise and organize the arrangement of sweets on tables and buffet displays. Compile and submit weekly reports detailing customer requirements and preferences. Prepare sweets designed for long-term storage and consumption. Develop new and innovative sweet models specifically tailored for parties. Properly store and preserve sweets that are suitable for refrigeration or freezing. Generate daily reports identifying any missing items related to the sweets section. The employee is expected to perform all tasks and activities assigned by management and must not refuse any duties even if they are not explicitly stated in the job description.
