Inside Sales Engineer
Job Description
The role of Inside Sales Engineer includes preparing quotations and commercial offers. Coordinating with principals and manufacturers for pricing and technical support is essential. Follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and customer inquiries regularly. Maintain accurate sales records and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Support the sales team by preparing proposals and handling post-order documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customers. Assist in order processing and manage sales administration activities.
