Job Description
A real estate company in Riyadh is seeking a reliable, honest, hardworking, and responsible building watchman for a residential building. The responsibilities include providing building security and supervision, cleaning the common areas and surroundings, keeping the building clean and organised, assisting with general building-related work, and reporting maintenance issues when required. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome, with candidates aged 35 to 40 preferred. Applicants must currently be available in Riyadh and hold an Iqama valid for at least three months.
