Rising Falcon Contracting Company We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dependable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support building and property maintenance work. Required Skills The ideal candidate must have practical, hands-on experience in the following maintenance areas: HVAC and Air Conditioning Installation, regular servicing, thorough troubleshooting, and effective repair of air-conditioning systems. Electrical Work Electrical wiring installations, lighting installation, switches, sockets, and comprehensive fault-finding in electrical systems. Plumbing Repairing water leaks, handling pipework, maintaining drainage systems, repairing faucets, servicing toilets, and completing general plumbing repairs. Painting Carrying out interior and exterior painting, completing touch-ups, and repairing walls to a professional standard. General Maintenance Carpentry work, installation and repair of fixtures, door adjustments, lock servicing, and other general handyman duties. Landscaping and Gardening A basic understanding of landscaping and gardening practices will be considered an additional advantage. Candidate Requirements Verified experience in building and property maintenance. Ability to manage and complete multiple maintenance tasks independently and efficiently. Strong troubleshooting ability and effective problem-solving skills. A responsible and punctual attitude, with a professional approach to all assigned work. Ability to work safely while consistently delivering high-quality workmanship. Experience working in both residential and commercial property environments is preferred. Requirements
- Practical hands-on experience in HVAC and air conditioning installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair
- Practical hands-on experience in electrical wiring, lighting setup, switches, sockets, and electrical fault finding
- Practical hands-on experience in plumbing, including water leaks, pipework, drainage systems, faucet repairs, toilet maintenance, and general plumbing repairs
- Practical hands-on experience in interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and wall repairs
- Practical hands-on experience in general maintenance, carpentry, fixture installation and repair, door adjustments, lock servicing, and handyman duties
- Basic understanding of landscaping and gardening practices is an advantage
- Verified experience in building and property maintenance
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks independently and efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work safely and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Experience working in residential and commercial properties preferred
