Job Description
Urgently required for a Turkish restaurant are waiters, a chef and a cleaner. Turkish nationality is preferred for the waiters and chef, while Nepalese nationality is preferred for the cleaner. Each position requires a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in restaurant service. Waiters should have knowledge of table service, menu presentation and food running, and should be friendly and presentable, with good communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts. The chef should be skilled in Turkish cuisine and able to prepare traditional Turkish dishes, including Edam, kebabs and baklava, while delivering genuine Turkish flavours and quality, with good communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts. The cleaner should maintain cleanliness, hygiene and order throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas, ensure high standards of sanitation and a tidy working environment every day, and be reliable, honest and hardworking, with good communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts.
